I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering telehealth services to clients in the state of New York. I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University and have been in the Rochester, NY area since 2016.

I specialize in working with young adults and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are looking to explore what it means to live a joyful, authentic life. Therapy is a space that is for and about you, and I provide a warm, affirming, and approachable space for you to explore what that means.

Outside of session, I can be found reading, playing Mario Kart, cuddling with my cats, or (best-case scenario) on a beach.
